Requirements:

• Height: 160–170+ cm;

• Please submit clear, bright photos and a short video of yourself (no filters or heavy editing);

• Native Russian speaker;

• Fluent English (at least conversational); basic Mandarin is a strong plus but not required;

• Well-groomed appearance with a friendly and polished presence.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and seating guests with warmth and professionalism;

• Managing reservations and waitlists efficiently;

• Coordinating with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service;

• Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and inviting;

• Handling guest inquiries and minor concerns with grace;

• Creating a lasting first impression and a welcoming atmosphere.

What We Offer:

• Salary: from 1,000 USD;

• Identifying and attracting clients (restaurants, hotels, wholesale companies, supermarkets, retail stores) in the Sanya area;
• Promoting the product portfolio, including alcoholic beverages, sausages, meat, ice cream, chocolate, and soft drinks;
• Conducting meetings, presentations, tastings, and signing contracts.

• Work schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible arrangements possible);
• Paid probationary period starting from the first working day;
• Accommodation provided (if needed);
• Assistance with visa processing (for candidates from outside Sanya; preference given to applicants already residing in Sanya);
• Salary to be determined upon interview.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef (or Sous Chef with a high level of responsibility);
• Knowledge of basic European and Georgian cuisine (training will be provided on-site);
• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Russian at a level sufficient for effective communication with staff and suppliers;
• Stress tolerance, leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Full management of the kitchen production process (including prep control, portioning, and adherence to recipe specifications);
• Quality control of incoming ingredients, compliance with sanitation standards and safety regulations;
• Coordination with suppliers, inventory management, and cost optimization;
• Participation in banquets and special events.

• Work schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM;
• Accommodation provided (if needed);
• Must already be based in Sanya and available to start in August;
• Salary to be determined upon interview; starting from 6,000 CNY.

• Proven experience as a cook / chef;
• Knowledge of basic European and Georgian cuisine (we will provide training on-site);
• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Russian at a level sufficient for effective communication with the Head Chef, suppliers, and waiting staff;
• Stress tolerance, leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
