YA QING INTERNATIONAL CLEARWATER BAY MARINA is a multifunctional coastal complex spanning 540,000 m², combining yacht berths, ship repair facilities, port services, and resort infrastructure.
The marina's water area of 380,000 m² was designed by the French architectural firm NDA, with a total of 873 berths planned. The first phase already includes 301 berths, 32 of which are designated for superyachts up to 220 feet — making the marina capable of accommodating vessels of any class.
The port has held national status since 2021. In 2024, a modern 12,300 m² terminal was opened, featuring an integrated "one-stop" system for border, customs, and maritime control. Since April 2026, the marina has been open for temporary docking of foreign yachts.
