Casa Dolphin Spanish bar established in 2024. Casa Dolphin is Hainan's first Spanish tapas bar, which is like a cosy flat in Barcelona, ready to bring the passion and romance of Spain to Sanya. It recreates an exotic space to enjoy food and performances. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes. Tapas, the national dish of Spain, is served throughout the day. Hot or cold, meat or vegetarian, tapas are not just a snack, they are a hedonistic way of life for the Spanish people. The restaurant's speciality is ham from the leg of a black pig brought from Spain, which has a rich flavour and is the perfect accompaniment to fine wines. Casa Dolphin offers over 100 wines from 50 of the world's best wineries and over 1,000 bottles of imported Spanish wines at supermarket prices so that everyone can enjoy the charm of fine wines. And of course there is no shortage of sangria! The unique design of the Casa Dolphin space shows the hand of a Spanish craftsman. A European-style porch with stained glass windows, a fairytale scene with wall-mounted flower pots, a spiral staircase with flamenco dancing girls, a small terrace with curved iron railings, an open balustrade on the first floor, and fabulous bathrooms.
