Daniele Vacca is the Owner and Chef, is from Sardinia a Mediterranean Island of Italy, is caring of search meticulous all ingredients for his restaurant, after his work experience world wide in the most luxury five star hotels decide to settle his life in this beautiful Island of Hainan.

Daniele words: all’ my dishes mirroring the philosophy of the semplicity, the freshness of the products, identify the ingredients and respect them during the process is the way to transmit to the guest the tasty of Italy in every bite.

In my dishes I apply different tecniques to make it sure all the flavours don’t be modifided and keep is original flavour.
